Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in full on or before the agreed upon date or a late fee of $10 may be applied. Payment must be made in full the prior to the commencement of cleaning services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.
4. Pricing
Prices for our services are quoted on our website or through a service representative. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, changes will not apply to previously scheduled services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing payment in full, on or before the agreed upon date, prior to services being rendered.
Providing access to the premises for our cleaning professionals.
Informing us of any specific cleaning requirements or restrictions.
Securing valuables, fragile items, and hazardous materials.
6. Our Responsibilities
LaGambina Cleaning & Custodial, LLC will:
Complete any services agreed upon and outlined in the Service Contract.
Provide trained and professional cleaning staff.
Use reasonable care in conducting our services.
Address any service-related issues promptly upon notification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaGambina Cleaning & Custodial, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or execution of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaGambina Cleaning & Custodial, LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the use or execution of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
